The factory is located in a Secured isolated site free from any obstacle to access the work force.
Heads Offifice
It is 3 floor with 20000 sq ft build up area & 3000 sq ft open space – gives good atmosphere for working.
Unit I
It is 3 floor with 20000 sq ft build up area & 2000 sq ft open space – gives good atmosphere for working.
Unit II
It is 2 floor with 7500 sq ft build up area & 2000 sq ft open space – gives good atmosphere for working.
All the basic needs for the Staffs, Workers are in built in the factory; it contains Facility, safety, atmosphere, situation in happy to work… We are confifident that this will reflflect on the final products.
We have a complete TEAM of staffs who are well qualifified to monitor & control quality systems; start from SIZE-SET till SHIPMENTS.

Embrodiery Section
This EMBROIDERY unit is tied up with TEXSHANN. It is equipped with computerized embroidery machines from Japan (TAJIMA).
Any type of embroidery works could be possible to do on any type of fabric.
We are well specialized in using other appliqués such as
FELT, RUBBER, 3D FOAMS, CANVAS FABRICS to increase the value to the garments.
In built “Punching Design Makers” are well trained to make loppy at short time of duration to speed up the sampling & production process.

Inside Production Unit - II Knitting Section
This CIRCULAR KNITTING unit is tied up with TEXSHANN to meet our entire needs of cloth manufacturing. It is equipped with knitting machines from Singapore; in addition we have got COLLAR & CUFF making machine from China.
Unit contains all sizes of “Dia” machines.
All the Machines are carrying versatile facility with equipment to make all kind of designs in fabrics & Yarn.
All the Machines are attached with LYCRA feeder facility.

Inside Production Unit - II Printing Section
This fully Automatic printing machine “ M & R ” are imported from U.S.A. It is one of the pioneer machines for the garment industry which gives accuracy of quality, Finishing, speedy productions & throughout uniformity on pcs to pcs. We also have the manpower to do Manual Printing also.

Inside Production Unit - II Garment Washing
It is the heart of the project for our business; This plant contains a complete set of “Garment Washing machines, Hydro extractor, Tumbler” etc..,
The machines with various capacity (5-15 kgs, 16-50 kgs, 51-100 kgs, 101-150 kgs, 151-250 kgs) are imported from Hong Kong Brand : NGAI SHING
It is one of the pioneer machinefor the washing process.
The machines are fully automatic & numeric control which assures “Uniformity of the quality” on piece to piece.
We can do all type of washing like,
